Would return again!

A clean, spacious hotel in the middle of Patong. 5 minute walk to the beach, and Bangla Road. Breakfast was tasty and the balcony was a great place to chill as it overlooked the pool. Pool was perfect to cool off in. AC in room was a blessing on the humid days. Def recommend a pool view room.

Coffee at breakfast wasn't great!!

Lovely accommodation in Patong

Loved the staff and breakfast. Lovely pool area which our room overlooked. Huge beds - freshly laundered sheets daily.

Beds were firm but easily resolved - just ask for a pillow top for the bed. Also asked for additional pillows.

Pool was great and the common areas

Resort needs a refit. Beds to hard. Breakfast unappealing. Rooms need lounging chairs. Need a separate shower for older patrons. Process of deposit with cash vs credit card unappealing.

not good value for money at all in my opinion.

The bed was fine, the pool area was nice.

the room was old, the bathroom seriously needs to be modernised, its quite possible the worst hotel I've stayed in given how much they charged per night. There was bogies on the wall in the bathroom, the facilities in the room were probably last modernised in the 1990s, if not before that. The bathroom wasnt clean, it just had an old, dated feel. The sink was rusty, I've never experienced that before. I only booked because it had 8.5 rating and I would probably give it a 3 or 4.

Kiwi experience twice.

This is the second time I have stayed there since July and both times I cannot fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the team. I will stay again.

Nothing except the exterior looks a bit tired and neglected.

Location and cleanliness

Bathroom sink was not good. Most of time, water clogged. They took ashtray from the poolside and charged later from me to not to find it in the room. I didn't like this kind of attitude towards guest.

Location was great.

Location was great. Closed to Patong beach and Bangla road.

Breakfast was poor. Nothing much choice. Bread, white rice with some meat. I give 4/10 for breakfast. No refill of food even though only 8 am morning. Staff : we stay 3 nights. First day check in was smooth and reception staff were nice and bell boy as well. Last two day after back from koh phi phi, not really good in communication. The worse, when we check out, gave key at reception and requested reception lady to send someone to carry some luggage which are a few luggage of 5 if us with elderly, but she said no one to carry due to shortage of staff and asked me to carry myself. So, I have to carry all luggage 3 times back to room. That was really funny as a hotel service. Might be low season and less staff??? And we are not book for budget hotel l, FYI. The price for pool access room not so cheap thought.

Good value for your money

The pool views are good. The pool itself is quite good. Good polite service. Fantastic location.

Some rooms smell of wet wood, but given the weather, that's acceptable. We booked 'preferred' two single beds. On arrival they offered us our preferred single beds for an extra cost, claiming the only available ones are on a better view which costs more.

will come back if im back to patong.

The pool access room was excelent. i highly recommend this room. the staff very friendly and welcoming, except one short haired lady staff that didnt smile much. Excellent location. 5min walk to juncealon and the beach. Though the hotel looks old, but its thai flair deco and swimming pool steal the show.

Wifi was good but Would have liked if the hotel had a few computers so you could check emails or change flight bookings etc..plus at 9 in the morning you could not get a towel to use at swimming pool

The staff were really helpful and happy.

The staff were really helpful and happy. Bed was really comfortable.

The buildings are run down and need of some maintenance. I had to buy t bags as they only supply on first and last day. Bit disappointed. Pleasant stay and will stay again.
